Startleader.com retains the right to edit, refuse or delete a page without explanation.
Adult/sex pages are NOT allowed.
Add a minimum of fifty links within 14 days.
You need to start your page within 7 days.
It is important to only place links about your subject. Pages with solely links to your own website(s) are not permitted. No more than 5 links to owned website(s).
When affiliate links are placed, 50% of your page should consist of normal links. These can be regular normal outgoing links or link partners.
You should update your page monthly.

It is forbidden to place illegal texts on your website.
You cannot resell or lease your website.
The subjects and texts may not be racist. Discrimination is not OK.
Erotic pages are allowed when they have been marked as such during registration.
Animal sex and rape sex isn't allowed on StartLeader.com
It isn't allowed to use child porn and child porn related terms on StartLeader.com
Pages concerning earning money by clicking, also known as Get paid to are not allowed.
Startleader.com checks all websites with its own software. It is of no use to spam search engines by cloaking or hidden keywords. Besides that, you cannot direct visitors by means of autosurf programs etc.
You are not allowed to place links to illegal sites. Amongst others these are sites that contain illegal mp3s, porn or cracks.
If you do not respect the rules as mentioned above we will remove all your pages without warning.
